Taking the excellent open source SugarCRM application as a base, Syntonic then extended the functionality so that in addition to sales data, it now handles courses, bookings, invoices, trainers and financial calculations.
The resulting application is a complex intranet system that takes into account the many business rules and governance Courtenell operate under.
