Change Champions, a leader in health care conferences, have approached us to develop a conference registration & management solution to automate the labour intensive process of organising high volume conferences.

The system allows visitors to register for current events, submit proposed seminar papers for upcoming conferences, register as an exhibitor or sponsor or purchase a CD or video of recordings from the conference.

Behind the scenes, the system automates the registration process including accomodation and travel options, as well as providing details reporting on financials on a per conference basis. Printing name tags has also been streamlined - by clicking a single button a list of all delegates, sponsors and dinner guests is generated and print ready name tags created in PDF format.
